Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products before they are officially released or available in stock. Estimated release and arrival dates displayed on product pages are provided for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice.

Release schedules may be affected by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, customs clearance, production delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. J Plus Hobby cannot guarantee specific arrival or delivery dates.

• All pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation and product availability.
• Limited-quantity products are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Certain products may have a pre-order cut-off date which will be stated on the product page where applicable.
• Submission of a pre-order does not guarantee fulfillment if supplier allocation is insufficient.

Pre-order products may require either:

• Customers pay the full product amount during checkout.
• Orders are secured once payment has been successfully verified.

• Customers pay a deposit to secure the pre-order.
• The remaining balance and applicable shipping charges must be paid before shipment or collection.

The available payment option for each product will be clearly displayed on the product page and during checkout.

• Orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped when all items in the order are available unless separate shipping arrangements have been agreed upon.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
• Additional shipping charges may apply if the final package dimensions or weight differ significantly from preliminary information provided by the manufacturer.
• Customers will be notified before any additional shipping charges are requested.
• Free shipping promotions apply only to orders shipped together. Separate shipments may incur additional charges.

Pre-orders are fulfilled according to the order in which they are received.

For highly sought-after items where demand exceeds supplier allocation:

• Orders may be placed on a waiting list pending the next available restock; or
• Customers may request a refund subject to the refund policy below.

J Plus Hobby will make every effort to fulfill all confirmed pre-orders but cannot guarantee allocation from suppliers.

• Deposits paid for pre-orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Deposits are used to secure inventory allocation and supplier commitments.

• Cancellation requests may be subject to a 15% processing fee calculated on the amount paid.
• Alternatively, customers may choose to receive the full order value as a J Plus Hobby Credit Note or Store Coupon, in which case no processing fee will apply.

• For products with a specified pre-order cut-off date, cancellations are not permitted once the cut-off date has passed.

If J Plus Hobby is unable to fulfill a pre-order due to:

• Manufacturer cancellation;
• Discontinued products;
• Insufficient supplier allocation; or
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control,

customers will be offered a refund in the form of a Credit Note or Store Coupon equal to the amount paid.

• Unless otherwise approved by J Plus Hobby, all refunds shall be issued as a Credit Note or Store Coupon.
• Credit Notes and Store Coupons are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
• J Plus Hobby reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund method for each case.

Estimated arrival and release dates are based on information provided by manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

These dates are estimates only and may change without notice. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation, chargebacks, or cash refunds.

J Plus Hobby shall not be held responsible for delays arising from:

• Manufacturing schedules;
• Supplier allocation issues;
• International shipping delays;
• Customs inspections;
• Logistics providers;
• Natural disasters;
• Government regulations; or
• Other unforeseen circumstances.

• Product photos, artwork, packaging designs, and descriptions are provided for illustration purposes only.
• Final products may differ from promotional images in packaging, colour, design, accessories, specifications, or appearance.
• Variations made by manufacturers do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

J Plus Hobby sells only 100% authentic and genuine products sourced from authorized distributors, suppliers, manufacturers, or trusted partners.

We do not sell counterfeit, imitation, or unauthorized products.

J Plus Hobby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product delays, allocation shortages, manufacturer changes, shipping delays, or cancellation of releases.

Customers acknowledge that pre-order products are subject to uncertainties inherent in manufacturer production and distribution schedules.

J Plus Hobby reserves the right to:

• Modify, update, or amend this Pre-Order Policy at any time without prior notice.
• Refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.
• Adjust pricing, shipping fees, product information, release dates, and allocation quantities where necessary.
• Reject cancellation requests that do not comply with this policy.
• Request additional information to verify customer orders or payments.
• Cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, technical issues, supplier constraints, inventory discrepancies, fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our control.

J Plus Hobby reserves all rights.

Any interpretation, decision, approval, rejection, cancellation, refund, allocation, or dispute relating to pre-orders shall be determined solely by J Plus Hobby, and all decisions made by J Plus Hobby shall be final.

By placing a pre-order with J Plus Hobby, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Pre-Order Policy.
